The location is situated at Ratchaphatsadu Land, Soi Tessaban Bang Pu 59 (Radio Station), Sukhumvit Road, Tambon Phraek Sa, Amphoe Mueang Samut Prakan, Samut Prakan Province. The total area is approximately 19 rai. It is adjacent to the new National Sports Complex and the Ancient City, making it a growing development hub aligned with the city’s development plan. It is also close to tourist attractions, large shopping centers, and Suvarnabhumi Airport. Convenient transportation is provided through the BTS Green Line, which is currently operational, and the extension from Samut Prakan to Bang Pu, which is under construction.

Thailand Sport Center for Blind Athletes is one of the key projects of the Sports Association for the Blind of Thailand (SABT). The project has a vision and dedication to create a sports center and facilities specifically designed for blind athletes.
Meets international competition standards. Addresses the neeus of users to develop their excellence. Prioritizes safety, accessibility, inclusive participation, and independent living according to the standards of the American with DisabilitiesActs (ADA). Serves as a space for the development and promotion of the potential of both visually impaired individualsand the general public who seek physical activity for health.
