The location is situated at Ratchaphatsadu Land, Soi Tessaban Bang Pu 59 (Radio Station), Sukhumvit Road, Tambon Phraek Sa, Amphoe Mueang Samut Prakan, Samut Prakan Province. The total area is approximately 19 rai. It is adjacent to the new National Sports Complex and the Ancient City, making it a growing development hub aligned with the city’s development plan. It is also close to tourist attractions, large shopping centers, and Suvarnabhumi Airport. Convenient transportation is provided through the BTS Green Line, which is currently operational, and the extension from Samut Prakan to Bang Pu, which is under construction.

Every area within the center, including sports fields and various sports rooms, has been designed to ensure that visually impaired athletes and individuals with visual impairments can access and live independently. The design prioritizes safety, quality of life, and creates an opportunity-rich environment for personal development.

Thailand Sport Center for Blind Athletes is one of the key projects of the Sports Association for the Blind of Thailand (SABT). The project has a vision and dedication to create a sports center and facilities specifically designed for blind athletes.
